Returns & Exchanges
Eligible exchange requests must generally be submitted within 3 days of receiving an order.
Complaints relating to wrong, damaged, defective or incomplete products should be submitted within 2 days of receiving the order.
Because Smalls sells lingerie, innerwear and other hygiene-sensitive products, certain change-of-mind and size exchanges may be restricted for hygiene reasons where permitted by applicable law.
Protection Under Applicable Law
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights or remedies that customers may have under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any liability or customer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
